We sincerely regret that the overall shipping time has been extended as a result of the impact of COVID-19. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We will do everything in our power to get the goods to you as soon as possible. Our top priority is your complete satisfaction.

Delivery Time

  • At the moment, we are unable to ship to US military bases. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • We do not support shipping to multiple addresses in the same order.
  • Tax Policy:

    • We do not charge sales tax on any orders.

Estimated Delivery Time (Please note that during peak season, delivery may experience delays):

Order Processing:

  • Orders typically take 3–7 business days to process before they are dispatched. If your order has not been shipped yet, it is currently in the preparation stage. Should there be any delays or issues, we will inform you via email.

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your order's journey.

  • For the USA:
    • Standard Shipping: $4.99 per item, 7–14 business days ( Mon-Fri)
    • FedEx Shipping and fast Processing : $19.95 per item, 12 days 

 

Total Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 15–21 business days
  • Expedited Shipping via FedEx with Fast Processing: 12 days

Shipping Delays

If your package takes more than 22 business days to arrive, we will refund the entire amount of your order.
If your package does not arrive on time, please submit an inquiry and we will respond within 8 hours. Thank you for your patience and support.

If the shipping tracking code status is complete but you have not received your order, first please check around your house as it may be hidden somewhere. If it is still not helping you, please contact the shipping company we included in the status shipping email notification. If this still does not resolve the issue, please contact the support team at contact@Beddingaholic.com.

We are NOT LIABLE if a package is unable to be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.
When checking out, please enter the correct shipping information. If you discover an error, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@Beddingaholic.comHowever, because email has a 48-hour wait list, if your order has left our warehouse within 48 hours, it is out of our control.

Beddingaholic is not liable for any destination region tax or duty charges that may be incurred. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination region.
Under any circumstances, the Beddingaholic is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees if the order arrives in your region, and if

  1. The customer refuses to accept the package.
  2. A number of attempts are made in the region of destination to deliver the package.

Beddingaholic reserves the right to cancel the package(s) and is not obligated to provide a refund.
